Who are Producer Life (UK)?
Producer Life (UK) have been trading since 21st January 2020 and are based in the United Kingdom at Flat 5, Swinscoe House, Rosengrave Street, Derby, DE1 1PS. We are are a record label selling sample packs, sound loops and presets to use in musical composition. On our YouTube channel we review related music plugins or offer educational guides on how to use the plugins. If you would like us to consider your plugin for review please contact us.
We also have a small range of merchandise available for sale.
Buying Downloads
The “Downloads” we sell are “Products” in digital format that are transferred direct to your computer. These Products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files (made smaller using compression software) to enable faster downloading. You will be able to use the Product as if you had installed it from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. It only takes 1-2 minute to decompress a Product, and happily, both Windows and Mac OSX have options to do so within their platforms. So, there is no need to pay for additional software. If you are still unsure about how to decompress our products, then please contact us for assistance.
Download Links
After you have paid for your Products you will receive an email confirming your order. You can use the download link or go to your downloads in the account dashboard. Downloads will be direct from our site or from Dropbox. IP Addresses are tracked for security purposes. If you have any Issues with a download, please email luke@producerlife.co.uk
Download Tracking
To prevent our content from being wrongfully distributed, downloads are tracked and limited. If you have reached a download limit but feel you have a valid reason to need to download again, please email luke@producerlife.co.uk
Intellectual Property Rights
All Products, MP3 Demos, Materials, Artwork, Graphics, Text, Interfaces, Logos, Images and Photographs on this website are owned or licensed to Producer Life (UK) and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws. We have the right to use logos, press releases and other media from other manufacturers where it is relevant. Permission has been obtained from the relevant manufacturers.
Account Registration
Account Registration is optional. If you choose to register with us then you will be required to provide your name and email address. If you wish to make a purchase from us, it is essential that you provide a correct billing address. We cannot be held accountable if you do not receive your Download links due to you submitting an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your download links within 2 hours then please contact us.
If you choose to register with us you may occassionally recieve an email from us with the latest Producer Life (UK) news and offers. This option will have been given to you. If you prefer not to receive this email or have received it by mistake, you can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
If you are a customer of Producer Life (UK) you may also receive occasional emails that are relevant to your purchase history. If you prefer not to receive these emails you can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
Payment
Payment will be made through Stripe or PayPal. Credit and Debit cards can be used through either Stripe or PayPal. You will not receive any download links until full payment is received. Physical Goods will not be shipped until full payment is received. Please check our Privacy Policy for more information on payments and your data.
Refund Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. We do sometimes offer refunds on downloads. Technical Issues
You are responsible for making sure your internet connection is fast enough to download the products you order and that your PC or MAC can de-compress ZIP/RAR files. However, we will be happy to provide assistance. Please contact luke@producerlife.co.uk if you have any questions.
Restrictions
You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your customer account. The license agreement you obtain when you purchase a product from this website can only be used by you. In other words, your product licenses and/or customer account details cannot be sold, transferred, rented or used by any third-party. You are not permitted to make copies of the Products you’ve purchased with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit products to friends and family or anyone else, as these acts breach international copyright laws.
You may not upload the Products you purchase to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Peer-2-Peer sites, Crack or Warez sites. We reserve the right to share your details with any sample pack label or manufacturer which holds copyright for a product which you have illegally shared. You may not resell the sample packs or sounds you buy from this website to any third party, as the license for these products is non-transferable. Account Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. Simply send an email to luke@producerlife.co.uk requesting termination of your user account.
Exclusions
We will do everything in our power to ensure that this website is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we make no guarantees about the availability of our service. Producer Life (UK) shall have no liability for your Products once the Product is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to backup the Products you buy from Producer Life (UK). We will offer you a free copy of your download links in the future, though, should you have a hard drive problem, for example.
However, we will only be able to re-send you links for products which are currently available at that moment in time. If your purchase history includes products we no longer sell, we will be unable to re-send you these links. Moreover, we will only be able to send you your purchase history, with a valid reason, and on a one-off basis, for security reasons. Please contact luke@producerlife.co.uk if you require further information.
Limitation
We exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss incurred by you or a third party in connection with this website or the Service we offer, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that effect computer equipment, software, data or other storage devices on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your purchasing and downloading of materials and Products from this site.
Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Producer Life (UK) relating in any way to your use of the Service shall reside in the courts of England and Wales.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Producer Life (UK)’s failure to enforce any provision in these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such provision, or any other provision of these Terms of Service. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information provided on this website is complete and correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Content.
